Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and promptly update it when necessary.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their accounts.

Users must notify Valtrian immediately if unauthorized access or suspicious activity is detected on their account.

Valtrian may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

Service Use

Valtrian provides digital tools to automate management workflows aimed at improving operational efficiency and accuracy.

Features and functionality of Valtrian’s services may be modified or updated periodically to enhance user experience.

While Valtrian strives to ensure continuous availability, some downtime due to maintenance or technical issues may occur.

Conduct Rules

Users must adhere to the following conduct rules to maintain a safe and productive environment.

• Do not misuse Valtrian’s systems to compromise security or disrupt service.
• Refrain from submitting false, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Respect intellectual property rights and privacy of others.
• Avoid interfering with other users’ access or experience.
• Comply with all applicable laws while using the service.
• Report any vulnerabilities or suspicious activities to Valtrian promptly.
• Use services solely for their intended management automation purposes.

User Content

Users may be able to submit content or data within Valtrian’s platform under these Terms.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Valtrian a license to use it to provide and improve services.

This license allows Valtrian to host, store, and display your content on its platform as necessary.

Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their content and data submissions.

Valtrian reserves the right to remove content that violates policies or is deemed objectionable.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Valtrian’s services and software remain with Valtrian or its licensors.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute Valtrian’s proprietary software without permission.
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized access to the platform’s backend systems is prohibited.
• Use of activity and branding of Valtrian must be authorized in writing.

Paid Services

Certain features or enhanced capabilities require payment according to defined plans.

Pricing and fees for paid services are provided on our website and are subject to change with notice.

Payments must be made using approved methods. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date as per terms.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis but are not standard practice for digital services.

Users can cancel subscriptions through their account settings or by contacting support.

Applicable taxes will be included in billing based on Canadian tax laws.

Valtrian may update pricing with advance notice; existing subscriptions may be grandfathered for a limited time.

Valtrian provides services on an “as is” basis without warranties beyond legal requirements.

Limitations of Liability

Liability for damages arising from service use is limited to the amount paid by the user in the prior six months.

Use of linked third-party services is subject to their own terms and Valtrian disclaims responsibility for those.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate service use at any time by providing appropriate notice or as per account terms.

Upon termination, access will be revoked and any paid fees may not be refunded.
